Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or returns. However, we understand that issues may arise with your order. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at el3mentalcr3ations@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your item, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and provide a solution, such as sending a replacement or resolving the issue in another way.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following items:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (including special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges since all sales are final. If there is an issue with your item, please contact us, and we will work to resolve it.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Please note, this applies only to unused items in their original packaging. Custom or personalized items are excluded from this policy.

Refunds

As we have a no-refund policy, refunds are only provided in exceptional cases where the issue cannot be resolved (e.g., if a replacement cannot be provided for a damaged or defective item). If a refund is granted, you will be notified and refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
